can someone give me a good build for pve, dungeon thief?

So if I unlock pvp t3 human armor in pvp and after April update I can use it in pve? Like I spend 10 gold unlocking it in pvp and I can use the skin in pve instead of buying the whole set in pve which is 100gold?:0

Will the April update pvp item(armor. Weapon skin) be useable In pve?

I’m new to thief so for pve I want to stay alive but also do a lot dmg so what is a good rune to use on my armor?
