Guild Wars 2

Heya!
A while ago on 27/01 I send in a ticket about my guild wars1 account (1194853).
In short: I can’t log-in on my gw1 account. I really want to be able to play it and to link it to my gw2 account for achievements and to get more fun out of the game ^^

It’s been about 20 days, but I’m a patient man, yet sooo eager to play it x)

I know that there’s a massive flood of requests for accounts from those who haven’t been playing and I understand that it’s also pretty hard to awnser on all of them in a descend amount of time.
And I don’t mean to complain or anything, but I’ve been waiting quite while to play gw1 again. I’m very eager to play it :P and 20 days seem like an eternity to me because of how much I want it.

I’ve been wondering that the flood of tickets could be the cause of this or that there might’ve gone something wrong with the request itself (?) Is it possible that something might’ve gone wrong or is it only because there are so many requests of other players because of the exxpansion that will come out?
