The “Reset” option could reset:
– Account (Time spended too)
– Achievements
– One Character (or more)
It will be secondary option for everybody who wanna reset some things on his GW2 account, like me.

I have waited 7 days for any response and nothing. I have send after 3 days waiting another ticket and nothing… What’s going on? Somebody can tell me?
I want to ask, if there is any possibility to reset days and hours played on account (when typing /age i wanna to be: Across all character’s 0 hours and 0 days played). It’s stupid i know, but can anybody from support do that or not.
