Bufs and nerfs will happen over time with all skills.
There will always be some skills / builds that will be “overepowerd”
Pvp balance was terrible bad in WoW, Gw2 does a very good job in the balancing.
This is the best guide I ever read on Guardian.
Even though I am lvl 55 it’s still nice to do some readup and see what other players think and learn new things!

I am a guardian myself.
I tried diffrent builds and I have to say that I don’t feel “overpowered” nor do I feel other classes overpowered.
I get killed in 1v1 but I also do get enough kills myslef.
From all mmo’s I’ve played I found gw2 to be the best balanced for classes in pvp.
