Can you still enter this instance after last patch? Cause i havent completed mine yet and i would like to get the achivement. If i enter Kessex now i just get in the normal zone, while i should be teleported to the personal instance?
I’ve made a ticket on the 16th of september. I got a respond on that ticket 1 week later if i can send a screenshot from the problem i got. Please tell me i dont have to wait another week to get a respond on that again.

Afraid you just have to wait for a respond on your ticket. Mine took a week to get a reply on it, wich was if i could send a screenshot of the problem. Now i’m waiting again for a respond.

If i were you i should make a ticket as soon as possible. I got this error since last week saturday, made a ticket on sunday and yesterday i got a respond on that ticket if i could send a screenshot about it and now i’m waiting again for a reaction. So i’ve been getting this for over a week now.
For me picking up something from TP doesnt work to reset it. Buying items still works, but i can’t sell anything.
They are very busy right now (wich i can understand) so be patience, but make a ticket and include a screenshot with it to safe time.
Well, the problem is now that for me it’s already locked for a whole week now. Still waiting on a responds on the ticket i’ve made on sunday, wich was already 24 hours after i couldn’t sell anything anymore. I’m hardly playing the game right now, since i got so little bag/ bank space left, wich is sad. A “protection” like this really ruins my will to play.
I can understand that they are busy with it and a lot of other things, but at least make a post on the forum with an update about it, since there are more people with this problem, cause now people just get more frustrated about getting no answer to their ticket.

Get in line, i’ve got this problem since saturday and made a ticket on sunday and i’m still waiting for a responds beside the “form letter” about having an error and to check the website how to solve the error (wich is actually only log in error codes and has nothing to do with the ticket i’ve made)

I got exacly the same. 30 hours later and i still can’t sell anything.
So now it’s 10 hours later and i still can’t sell anything…
I was getting my crafting up today, so i was buying and selling stuff whole the time, untill i got this error aswell. Now i have to wait till tomorrow since i got my bags full with crafted items that i want to sell, kinda annouying. And i cant do anything else to pass time till i can post again since my bags are full, so cant pick anything up.
Maybe if they want to have some kind of protection for bots, why not do something like Aion has with Aethertapping. Once in a while you have to put in a code to unlock it again. Better then waiting imo
