After failing the marionette living story event, there’s that laser that kills everyone. I was leveling in the zone far from the event and I got killed by that. I was a bit more than miffed. Please change it to only those participating in the event.
Found a way to complete this with the door being wacky. If you look near the door you can jump up the spiral structures and essentially jump ON TOP OF the door. There’s a hit box you can click on while standing on top of the door to open it. Dumb? Yes, but finally you can get past this bug.
