I just bought the Heart of Thorns expansion pack and I feel as if I am doing something wrong.. . Being an ele, I added some points to the tempest specialization and now I unlocked the first 3 skills. It says that I am now able to wield a warhorn. The fact that I cannot wield a warhorn confuses my quite a lot.

Hope I don’t sound too stupid. Advice on this topic would be most welcome.
