I would have probably never found about this, or worse yet would have sold my leftover bits then found out about it. Instead, I can now be a little princess doll (took two tries). My daughter will be delighted.

The daggers on the Karma vendors in Ebonhawke look pretty good. If you’re just looking for a skin it’s a cheap alternative as well…only 9k karma for the cheapest version.

Check the model out here using the ‘View in 3d’ button. Also, here is my Thief holding a pair of them. You can see what they’d look like on your Thief by checking out the skin (and every other skin) using the PvP lockers.

Also, the sound from Quip is just too much. People must absolutely hate hearing that funny little noise.

It’s what I’ve been running for Fractals and has been working well so far. DPS oriented, but with a little support/buffs for your group too. Rifle and Axe+Warhorn for weapons. It’s got good ranged damage plus solid melee when you can get away with it, and nice buffs and debuffs (plus condition clears) from the warhorn. With +Boon Duration runes Signet of Rage is up 45 sec out of every 46, and Swiftness from the Warhorn is up 15sec of every 16.

Utility skills are flexible. I pretty much always leave Shake it Off! in place, but the other two change around depending on what we’re fighting, and who else is in the group. I’ll change out Healing Surge for Mending too if there’s a ton of conditions.

I just did it a few times on a practice dummy. The timing isn’t as forgiving but I was still able to land C&D after a Steal and wind up in stealth. I changed my traits to include Mug and did it a few extra times just to be sure. Still worked.

Where was it not working?

Gathering up mobs so when you stealth they aggro the baddies? Mosquitos as stealth buddies? I love it.

Got a good laugh at the Warrior being able to log before getting downed too. I’m pretty shocked you can actually do that…I’d expect code in place that prevents instant log out if you’re in combat.

Here’s my Thief. Still subject to change since I just hit 80 a couple days ago and still want some different dye and armor pieces. I will keep the Ebon Dagger skins though as I think they look very ‘Thiefy’.

Could you list what you’re wearing/wielding Agemnon? I’m not a huge fan of the hat but otherwise I like the look quite a bit.

I started out with a Warrior, but I’m replacing him with a Thief (55 and rising) as it’s just more fun. I’d absolutely be up for this. Play time is spotty at night now that I’m an old man (wife, kids, etc) but I still know how to PvP and will happily add my daggers to an all Thief group when I can. Stealth groups roaming the map are always fun.

Server doesn’t really matter. If this gets officially off the ground I’ll transfer.
