Guild Wars 2

The maps are not showing the correct number if POIs (less than the actual).
I found mine in some of the towns, mainly home instances even tho the map was showing 100%.

I have similar problem but 650/652 POI.
Checked all maps and its 100%
Even received 2 gifts of exploration as a reward but not the achievement.
Is this normal?

Without the glow its just average looking weapon skin. The Jotun Greatsword is glowing all the time and its just for lvl 20, but 80 level exotic stays bugged for more than a month. Please fix it.
