I’m itching to complain about something I haven’t seen mentioned yet – although I admittedly did not read all 80 pages ;)
The trait unlocking system is not only unreliable because of events and so on, but also seems terribly unbalanced as to the difficulty of events (within the same tier, even adept). Some traits are unlocked by map completion – easily accessible even for new players. Some are unlocked by killing endbosses in a mini-dungeon – not accessible for new players at all! I’ve only been playing for a few months and must say, some traits seem unreachable for me and my fresh lvl 80 ele unless I take an experienced party with me. Others I get for random kills and events I do anyway. Where is the predictability and fairness?
So I hope this gets fixed in whatever change Colin was alluding to :(
