I had the same problem, but I solved it (after dragging and swearing for 15minutes ^^). Put Your cursor on the right side of mini-map, where zooming buttons are, and move it slowly in that area (somewhere bellow “zoom out” button) until Your cursor turns into hand. Now just drag it down.
