Low-Health Notification Arrow Gets Stuck

Yes, I was on line with two friends last night. All running new characters, so inevitably we were going low on health quite often, and every one of us was suffering from this. It seems to clear at times, but we weren’t able to entirely pin down when. Although, yes, going to character select or, say, the PVP lobby clears it, whereas just (say) pulling up the map doesn’t. I guess it’s a question of precisely what gets redrawn, how. Whatever, it’s seriously annoying.

Basically anything that forces the UI to redraw seems to do the trick. It’s not game-breaking, but it’s enough to make things quite inconvenient, since we have to click out of every single window instead of just hitting escape a few times.

Low-Health Notification Arrow Gets Stuck

The arrow that points at your self-heal has been bugging out for my wife and I. Specifically, when it shows up (as you get damaged to half health, or whatever the threshold is), it gets stuck. It overrides the escape key in all menus, including the map, and renders over all menus, including the map. Pressing escape, instead of opening the options menu, or closing other menus, simply refreshes the arrow. Nothing gets rid of it(including using the self-heal skill), except for logging out or fast traveling. Disabling “Close Windows with Escape” is a decent workaround, although I kind of like just being able to mash that when I’m done doing menu stuff.

Tested on multiple characters, and two machines/accounts.
Steps to reproduce: Get into combat, get under the threshold for the low-health notification (seems to be on lower level characters), and use any ability. This should force the arrow to show up.

EDIT: Actually, disabling escape had no effect. Got to low health (fell of a cliff, specifically, so my health went down really quickly), and boom, arrow shows up, can’t get rid of it.

EDIT 2: Dying, however, does seem to fix it. I’m guessing this is an issue with how the UI draws itself, and an event misfiring.
