Ok i am having issues with the black feather wing backpack item, and sent a ticket, went back in forth in emails trying to fix it. now they are asking to access my account and it would reset my password and disconnect my mobile authenticator. and upload images to a hosting website. the person is saying they are GM Wicho. i am wanting to know if this is a legit procedure.
