Only if everyone is content to pay 5 gold or more to put down two portals. The portal device is so stupidly expensive to craft that it’s cheaper in the long run to just make a mesmer.

I’m currently on the quest: Marshaling the Truth. after completing the first two objectives, no new objective becomes available. This has happened before in a story quest. Both times, I noticed that my Healing Turret from the Supply Crate would not despawn, even after standing there for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for something to happen.
