i had forgotten its been awhile but yea i guess its partially my fault , at this point i hope i will be able to get a new cd key! how long should i expect before a answer?
i dont mind using a different email if i can get a new key, but it is very dissapointing that it even allowed me to link it to my old account knowing that it was locked. and now wasting all this time!
Long story short :
Bought the game around 6 months ago but my friends pc died on him the same night so i got a refund before even making a character.
decided to buy the game again today, linked my serial key to my old account. Download the game and now when i tried to login it says my account is locked due to refund request, and i cant make a new one because my serial key is already in use.
What can i do? why did it even allow me to link the serial key to the account if it was locked in the first place? wanted to play today but i havnt gotten a answer from my ticket and ive been waiting all day.
