Guild Wars 2

For a few days I have noticed that members of our small guild on Isle of Janthir have not been given any influence for any event completed in Queensdale, though events in other maps do give influence. Today was classic: seven members completed their dailies, including 4 Krytan events (in Queensdale), yet the guild summary totals only 2 influence for the entire day. All guild members are representing correctly.

I too cannot interact with the dragon scale on the seafloor below Watchful Waypoint in Frostgorge Sound (Isle of Janthir ). All previous 9 scales found I was careful to first interact with, then repeat click to get the disagree animation to show I definitely got the scale. So now stuck on 9 out of 10. Tried re-logging, but while I could definitely interact with other things (like rezzing dead quaggans, killing foes) the scale has the interact cog, but nothing happens.
