Hello everyone, for those of you effected with the 18 level skip only (your story went from 30 to 48) do you remember if you were in a party when you joined an order? The step would have been to “Speak with the order reps” and it would have been in your home city. If you do remember, were you the owner of the instance, or were you the one tagging along? Also if you clearly remember not being in a party at that time, go ahead and note that. If anyone clearly remembers their story jumping anywhere outside of Lion’s Arch let us know. Not to be rude but as others have said, numerous times I might add, they were in a party with someone when they tried to join. The person getting the quest jump is the person tagging along and the “host” is fine. Pretty sure it was mostly in LA.
It doesn’t take much to figure this out. This fix feels like it has been stalled. We feel ignored. Don’t even get me started on the first response of “Hey it’s fixed but your character can’t be.”
In a frustrating situation it’s best to not to make it worse with stuff like this. All we need to know is without a shadow of doubt that it can be retroactive fixed for characters. We don’t just want you to fix the bug, fix our characters.
I just want my character fixed.
