Without providing specific examples as you have, I’d say this:

Balance Input vs Output.

If they split Input into ‘time spent’ and ‘difficulty/teamwork needed’, to balance this with output, being rewards.

If they can do this with each dungeon, then people will wanna play all their other dungeons and their player base won’t get burnt out by the same ones, and actually wanna play all the other ones they made.

Just need the 1 more person! Someone who mains a mesmer would be amazing, but anyone who otherwise fits the criteria would be welcome

Well I thought I’d make myself a bit clearer, just so people know exactly what we’re looking for. (“We” because there are 2 of us now xD)

To form a solid team of 5 decent (not neccesarily perfect) players to consistently game together during the NZ/Aus timezone (6-11pm NZ, 4-9pm Aus). I cannot be on every night of the week, and therefore don’t expect anyone else to.

-Focus around (sometimes speedrunning) core dungeons such as CoF, CoE, SE, before branching into things such as FotM and Arah.

-Being able to do other less played dungeons to break up the grind of Gw and to stop burning out.

-Develop as a team for sPvP, aiming towards tPvP eventually.

-Learn from each other about classes, dungeons and other areas everyone is not so familiar with.

-Be able to do successful speed runs (1xMes, 1xGuard, 3xWarrior), while knowing other’s roles and being able to fulfil them.

-Have (and/or level) some of the “higher tier” PvE classes (Guard/Mes/War) if you don’t already have them.

-Have solid communication (such as with vent) that allows everyone to perform well (esp in tPvP if that becomes an eventuality).

-Ultimately (And TLDR;)- To evolve a solid team such as many top Gw players have so that we can feel comfortable and confident when gaming with each other.

Hey guys, I’m Flux, and I live in NZ.

I play Gw at about 6-10pm NZ time, and found most of my guild are either not active in my timezone, don’t wanna do speedruns, or just generally bad dungeon runners that make me QQ (I try to help but sometimes its just too hard xD).

So, I’m looking for a team of about 4-5 people that are (decently) experienced in dungeons like CoE, FotM, SE etc, that may wanna run Arah during these times. I just want a solid group comp that can consistently dungeon together and have heaps of fun doing so

I dunno if I’d consider myself elitist, but I do enjoy clean runs
