This error keeping me from starting the game after the character select screen.

Build System only allows one building item at a time

Too many items that should stack, do not. Everything from Experience scrolls to Boxes of Fun. Storage space for us is too precious to have this continue. Please correct this asap?

It was announced that bonus chests would be awarded according to your achieved rank at the time of the announcement/update. I was Rank 25 at the time and yet my announcement heading in the wvw window says that my account only has 2 bonus chests left. (I amRank 37 now)

Is this an error? If so how do we get it fixed?

My game booted me earlier for the update. Since then Im getting the error message which mentions firewall/router and campus networks. None of these are my isssue. Every time this has happened its been a problem with your update.

Error Code: 42:4:7:251

Pleased advise how quickly you expect the issue to be resolved this time.
