Guild Wars 2

I just recently came back to the game and noticed the Heart of Thorns expansion. I attempted to purchase in-game and got a payment failed message. I tried again with several different cards and got the same thing.

I tried to log in to my account page and purchase on the website and got a message saying payment authorizaion failed. Again this happens no matter what card I use.

I’ve called my card providers and there’s no issue on their end. I was also able to make Steam purchases afterward with no problems. This is every more frustrating because my girlfriend was able to purchase the expansion with no problem right next to me.

Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Any help is appreciated.

Give a man a link and you answer his question; teach a man to google and he gets answers for a lifetime. Plus, opening Google and typing your question requires far less of your’s and other people’s time, since the question does not provide ground for discussion – like build advice, feature criticism etc. (That said, I agree that forum search should either be fixed or completely removed).

Wiki is also helpful pretty often.

Some people would rather get an answer from another person. And, some people don’t mind answering other people’s questions. Before the internet people actually communicated with each other. Shocking huh?

How can you complain about him wasting people’s time when you could easily not clicked the link and not responded in the thread. You wasted your own time.

Google links to threads like this. So without threads like this there would be nothing to Google.
