It’s been 13 days since i can’t login on my account, and i made around 4 posts here, and no additional tickets, trying to play by the rules every few days i do make a new post as i feel you are ignoring me, and it’s pissing me off, i know maybe i made too many posts (only 4) but 13 days not being able to play the game through no fault of mine, no charge back no stolen cc no nothing on my end.

I know you also have a lot of tickets but really it’s been 13 days the last reply dates to 31 october can you please solve my problem?

I`m sorry for posting again since your reply 3 days ago, but well weekend already started and it’s the second one that i am unable to access my account, i would love it if you could look into my ticket again :-s it was made on 31 oct and well we are on 10 november.

Hello, i am on waiting on ticket number 121031-001634 for 3-4 days and i already missed the halloween achievement i was just missing attend party but who cares in the ncsoft support team, i can always wait another year for that title.

indeed it’s not a huge dps loss normally but on quickening zephyr it’s very noticeable, and also noticeable is the +dmg crossfire got, it ain’t? nothing there? that’s a surprise, usually when you nerf atk speed you buff dmg so the dps atleast stays the same, the excuse thought is precious, personally bs meter getting quite full…
