Liongaurd Mette in Stonescatter watch is bugged and you can’t fight him, but you can hear him saying things in Tarnished Coast as well, so you can’t get the skill point there.
The skill point at Mette’s Posting in Lornar’s Pass on (US)Tarnished Coast has been bugged for the past 3 days that I have checked it. The event to defeat Liongaurd Mette is up, but he is no were to be seen and you can hear him yelling “Come here! Now!”. You can’t even tab target him.
