20 Slot Pact Equipment Box is the ONLY bag which is soulbound on acquire, which to me seems like a bug.

Account Bound makes sense, considering its made using an account bound recipe, available only once every few days.
Furthermore it seems highly impractical to craft bags which are soulbound for that cost.

What I’m trying to do:
Automatically post Patch notes on our guild’s website using the RSS feed of that specified forum.

However, all feeds from “forum-en.guildwars2.com” end up with the following notice:

Error message: Unable to Connect to ssl://forum-en.guildwars2.com:443. Error #111: Connection refused

(https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/updates.rss) is the feed I’m trying to use.

Whenever I try feeds from Reddit for example, everything connects fine, so I can only assume it’s an issue here.

I’d love it if this issue gets resolved.
