My friend was only level 25 and he received his rewards. But I will just get level 30 and see what happens, thanks for the help everyone.

A work around is to switch to the living story season 2 then abandon the living story.

That will force the current personal story step to reset and if the mail would normally show up, it will show up.

How would I start the Living story?

I’m level 24. It’s just the fact I got no loot at the end of the quest which puzzled me.

I was playing with my two friends last night when we stumbled upon the liberation mission. We completed the mission with no problem but when we got to the end only one of us actually completed the quest and got the rewards. It’s now telling me to open my mail and claim a letter but I have no mail what so ever. I have tried repairing and relogging and none of those methods have seemed to work.

Need help ASAP.
