WvW is out of its content.

Despite of WvW Rank, all those mastery patches, me and my crew found ourselves WvW is currently rack of its content. Not in terms of the system, but core features are lacking.

All these living story patches sent my crews to focus upon skin drops, champion farming, dungeon crawling rather than fighting against foes (side by side) in the battleground.

I do understand all these preparation and developers hardwork, although many of us already left, stopped playing due to lack of goal and tired of skin farming.

What I wanted was a real battleground, and you guys DID delivered. Guild wars 2 was the latest and best enjoyable game during several month since DAOC.

I really hope GW2 stands as it title says. ‘Guild Wars’. I do not want meaningless item farming, what I wanted was live battleground where players fight against other. I found myself this game slowly becoming another PvE focused game and keep away from GvG content. There was a story for the battle, enjoyable moments, hatred, but all these seems slowly disappearing and players concern changed from WvW content to their own avatars.

Commanders already tired of players left for dungeon/champion farming, due to lack of wvw achievements and look of the way its headed, I hard to see the future of WvW or GvG contents.

Until arena-net dramatically improves WvW content, I decided to take my rest on leading wvw groups and focus more on real-life. Just like most others do. I really hope arena-net makes some intrusive changes to get peoples’ attention toward to WvW more. I am certainly believe developers already have known players attention stepped aside from WvW, and they will come up with great GvG feature upon players to get back its attention.
