Guild Wars 2

So I haven’t played guild wars in two years, but I recently got a new PC and I have begun to play again. I used my level 80 boost on a thief sylvari, but it’s my first leather wearing armor class and I have almost no gold. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me out with getting the tier 3 cultural, but it’s fine if you don’t want to.

Okay so I guess I will order the $700 version you shared. Before I order how do I make sure all the parts will fit in the case, and would an ssd help? Whatever it is. I haven’t even seen the inside of a computer so this will be a learning experience for me.

I’m looking to build or buy a prebuilt Desktop mostly for running gw2. This is my first time building a pc so I have no idea what to build, but I would like to run at medium-high settings at around 45-60 Fps. Any help would be appreciated. In only looking to spend around 500-700$ and I would like to have Windows 10.
