I’ve done a few tests, with and without the trait being active, and I’ve come to the conclusion this trait isn’t working at all. It makes the “passive” line on the signets’ descriptions to disappear, and it doesn’t add any bonuses.
Dunno if this was mentioned before, didn’t find it on search anyway. If it was, sorry for repeating the problem. :P
