PC fully shuts down during load screens

So I fully removed my OC, reverted all settings in BIOS to default, and it is still happening. If anything, it’s getting more frequent. Sometimes now just the game crashes and I send an error report, it’s shut down a few times, and it also restarted once. I know it isn’t temperatures because the max temperature I hit with no OC was 48C on CPU, 63 on GPU (temps recorded in LA). After testing this for a few hours trying to play, I applied slight OC to 4.2Ghz. Something notable is that it’s no longer just during load screens. It happened twice today while waiting for Triple Trouble to start.

In the Event Viewer, a few events line up with my game/PC crashes. These events gave me this log:

Event 19, WHEA-Logger
A corrected hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Corrected Machine Check
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 2

I suspect this issue isn’t actually with GW2, just that it has only manifested there so far. I’ll probably go to Microsoft forums or something for suitable for this soon if a fix isn’t found.

As title says, sometimes during loading screens (this can be the initial load from character select, from pvp back to overworld, or just normal waypointing), my computer will shut down. It doesn’t give any warning, just a moment into the load screen it goes black and my computer turns off. This is only happening with GW2, I tried to make it happen on Witcher 3, CSGO, and Fallout 4 and all were fine.

I’ve monitored temperatures and everything was fine, nothing above 68C on CPU or GPU. My specs are:
AMD Athlon X4 750k (OC’d to 4.4Ghz, haven’t tried disabling it yet but I will soon)
AMD R9 390
3×2GB DDR3 memory sticks
EVGA 700B PSU
The game is stored on a 1TB WD HDD.

Hopefully someone else has had this issue, I can only think either my OC is unstable, but it ONLY happens on load screens which doesn’t make sense if it was CPU related, a ram stick is going bad (these sticks are fairly old, almost 5 years), or my game is somehow messed up.
