Hello, I’m in the process of getting a possible rollback pending investigation. I’m just curious as to if I should bother to make any real progress into the game until it get’s reinstated? I would hate to do all that work and then have it end up being reset. Thank you any input here is much appreciated.

My friend submitted ticket # 324383 on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 1:13 PM after recieving an email notifying her that her account email had been changed.
This wasnt sent on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 7:01 AM. Since then she has only gotten 1 email (same day) stating that it was getting transfered to a senior member.
No status updates have been given and the ticket is 5 days old.
