I do that but it doesn’t create a group based on the people that I just played with and the account names mean nothing to me, I remember character’s names.
My contact list is just that, a long list of meaningless names.
Imagine this…. you’ve just completed a dungeon with a bunch of strangers and you all had a great time and would like to do it again one day. Cool but how?
GW2 is missing an option to save a group of contacts that you just completed a dungeon with.
Example – I would love to be able to send an invitation to the group that I had fun with last week to ask if they want to do another dungeon but I’ve forgotten what they’re called and there’s no option to attach a note to a contact to remind me who they are, plus the contact is not listed by their character name, which is all I can remember.
I would love to be able to save a parties contacts as a group, add a note to them and be able to invite the group to help me out again.
Not everyone is in a Guild and people like me who only ever join random parties are missing out by not being able to contact those people again and group up easily.
Yes, it’s great to always meet new people but I’d love to be able to run through dungeons/ missions with some of those people again.

I don’t know anyone who plays this and I feel like I’m missing out on so much.
It’s boring standing around trying to get a group together if you don’t know anyone.

I spent friday night and saturday night doing the Phase 1 and 2 missions.
Then after getting to Miyani tonight, after you fixed Noll, I find out that I can’t complete the mission arc any more…. Nice
So, I move on and join a Guild that I met whilst waiting for Canach to reset, and we head off to do the Fractals. We were having a great time until I got booted and couldn’t rejoin them… Just as we were on the final boss.
Another evening wasted.
I love GW2 and it is an astonishing work of art but it’s such a shame that events like this don’t work and that you can’t rejoin a party. Please fix it.
