Our match up is uhhh…… interesting, we are rank 13 Vs. rank 9 and rank 1 EU. Quite fun just mucking around with guerrilla tactics at times though

I sure can understand, every night i go to bed with us at +600 or there about and wake up to us at +250-300, you pesky night cappers you :p. All jokes aside though i do understand as we have been in many situations like yours at the moment and it sucks that you can’t upgrade anything without it just being taken the next night, i really puts a drain on the server.

On a side note though, I’d like to congratulate the guild TDA for being the most annoying guild in the BL’s, and i mean that in the best possible way :p. When you guys take something (especially Briar), you sure as hell don’t want to let it go. Keep up the good work as its been great fun fighting you guys

We did have a few guilds move to our server at the begging of this match up (hence the two ugly forum topics that got shut down). We tried to stay in tier 6 for this week as we knew we would have more numbers than last week but we missed out by just 0.14%, Drakkar only just pushed us out and back down to tier 7. And yes i think this week is boring for us all, many of our players are just taking it easy and not bothering with WvW much at all (I’ve actually been outside for the past 2 days instead of on my pc :o). Hopefully the next time we meet things will be more balanced and we will have a close fight

I’m Aussie and i know there are a few others from Aus/NZ on our server (We aren’t important enough to get our own servers :p), and although there are us and a few US people around, as far as i know we don’t have any fully US/Pacific guilds on AG. Most times when i chat on the server mumble during the night it’s mostly all Europeans that pull all nighters and stay up very late to play with just a few of us guys from other areas in the world mixed in. I’m not saying that US/Pacific people don’t add to our night team but we still have a very active night crew just from Europe. RoF also has a fairly active night crew during the night but you seem to lose all your people at around 5am though to 9am GMT, if you could fill that gap you would have a very competitive night team and hold a lot of your territory GH does seem to lack any sort of night team past about 2am GMT but during the day you guys are truly formidable foes, getting a night team together would see you rise up the ranks for sure. I’m sorry our night capping annoys many of you on GH/RoF but many on our server like to play late at night, and also us Aussies and Kiwis gotta play too Hopefully after this week it wont be so much of a problem for you.

Props to RoF for putting up such a good defense in EB so late into the night. It wasn’t until around 5:30-6am UK time that we were finally able to take your territory in EB. Was sad to see it fall with only 2 defenders after such a great defense throughout the night, but the two that were defending used mortars and arrow carts superbly to hold us off, so hats off to those two brave souls who stood up against the AG flood Keep on fighting GH and RoF, great to see your ‘never say die’ spirit!

+1 for you sir. Finally a person who understands that we all are just doing what anyone would do in this game, attack anything that’s not your colour :p It is sad though that GH and ROF cant field a night team like us as during the day you are formidable foes, but next week we will be out of your hair so you can enjoy, hopefully, a more balanced match For this week though i think if you focus on the fight for second and just completely ignore green on the scoreboard it would be alot more fun as both GH and ROF are very close atm and it could be an exciting fight to the very end between you two

I hope I see a real fight from AG, not sneak zerg attacks starting at 5am GMT. I was 1 of the 5 defenders of SM and I have to say, after destroying your catas twice, your ram, racking up several kills and so on… I am not impressed.

What do you expect us to do? Headbut the reinforced gates on a fully fortified SM while you obliterate us with cannons and seige? Even if you do outnumber the defenders it is still very hard to take SM when it is upgraded as was proved by a couple of our attacks on the inner gate failing before we finaly broke in.

As someone from WR I don’t mind losing at all we’ve lost a few times but the fight was still fantastic. This week unfortunately has just been boring. I don’t why AG dropped tiers but you guys really don’t belong in this one. Congratulations on the win but I can’t wait for a match up like WR/GH/another same size server. Here’s hoping.

We seem to be stuck at the moment between tier 7, in which we outnumber the other servers, and tier 6 where we are constantly outnumbered (although that was during lost shores event so we will see how we go next week). Great fights from both servers this week too, GH managed to take 3/4 of EB yesterday and push into our territory (felt like we had kicked a wasps nest =p) and WSR always puts up a great fight in their BL and in their territory in EB, if you get more numbers i expect to see you rise up the ladder :). Keep up the great fights all :D

Great fights from both servers in their home BL today, GH pushed us out after a while and WSR put up a very strong defense of their home BL too.

LA chat seems perfectly normal to me…. well as normal as it gets on my server anyway =p

Hi all, this is my first topic and i just want to know your ideas on what new tower/keep/castle designs could be implemented in WvW in the future, possibly in new maps. I started thinking about this today while playing the new fractuals dungon (yes im an evil person =p) and came across the charr fractual which had a siege of a city (If you haven’t done this yet ill include screenshots below) in which there were high walls, houses and streets inside, and a central courtyard for the final fight. I personally think this type of setting would make an awesome substitute for SM if a new map were created as it seemed a lot more lifelike than the current castle. What are your thoughts and ideas on new towers/keeps/castles in the future of wvw?

Top screen is outer wall, middle one is inner wall inside city and bottom screen is the inner courtyard where you take control of the city.

Ahh i love our server, when we are outnumbered we just invent ways to have fun. I’d love to try and beat your record but i’d be squashed in 2 seconds flat ;P
