You don’t need a TS for the first time that you apply the skin. After that you can use TS to change the stats as much as you want provided you have the appropriate TS(normal TS lv1-79 item, fine TS lv80 item).

>You can only transmute it for the same type only(e.g. staff to staff, sword to sword)

>You can transmute it as much as you want with TS.

I got lucky on one of the mad chests and received a Scythe skin. I have never tranmutated before and was wondering about few points.

>Can you transmutate the Halloween skin on any weapon? What if you are dual-wielding? Will it show primary weapon skin only?

>Can I transmutate the skin forever if I switch to a different weapon?

If it is going to be open world, it should be something along the lines of Everquest 1 or FFXI.

At least more than asingle digit parties involved with elongated battles and plethora of particle effects from spamming skills. But most importantly, guild cooperation and not random strangers that can jump in, spam, respawn, spam, respawn and win.

Hell, even WAR and Rift did open world raid bosses better.

The list you have mentioned is more of an event than a coordinated strike against a boss.
