Guild Wars 2

I attempted to complete 2 different toxic offshoot events in Kessex Hills today. Both events required you to defend the vigil engineers as they mortar the offshoot, however when they had completed repairs on the mortar the engineers would just stand around and as such the offshoot would not take any damage.

Just to clarify, I have searched for related issues but this seems to be different from the “my mailbox is full won’t complete” issue that has been posted a lot.

I have 5 characters between levels 10-50 but I still don’t have the “Leveling up”, “Bundle” or “Crafting” hints. There are a few more that should haven’t activated but these are the main tasks I know I have completed by reaching level 50 and getting over 100 skill in crafting.

Any insight as to why they aren’t completing would be very helpful.
