I have all the credit card info, DOB, character names, IP addresses from logging in and the correct password, how it was bought etc, and all the emails I got from ANET from the day I bought the pre-launch to today, however I can’t find the serial number anywhere.

not to beat a dead horse, but I have a quick question, my email that I have associated with my GW2 account is my work email, however in the last week I have changed companies and now I no longer have access to my old work email, I have submitted a ticket to support to have my account linked to my personal email, but wondering if I am just out of luck here, I have had the same account since beta, and have it linked to my GW1 account as well. How difficult is it to change to my personal email address, the game was also a digital download, so I am frantically searching for my serial number just in case. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

Custom placing of UI modules, The Original Guild Wars does it, Guild Wars 2 is supposed to be the new and IMPROVED version, and now falls miserably short with the garbage Apr 30 update that renders having 3 screens completely useless! Congrats devs, you have managed to ruin the players running multiple screens experience and enjoyment in one quick patch.

I run on a ASUS 7950 Graphics card since Beta, my screen 5760×1080, looks entirely how ScribeTheMad.7614 has explained it above, before it was neatly organized with the chat box in the lower/upper Left hand side of the Left screen, the character controls placed neatly on the center screen at the bottom with the map in the upper right corner of Right screen, now the whole UI is crammed into the center screen, making the center view cluttered and annoying, leaving the 2 outside monitors basically peripheral vision only, I am curious who thought this would be a good layout? When contacting customer support they say Arenanet doesn’t support multiple monitor set ups or Eyefinity, yet there is a setting IN GAME that allows for 5760×1080 resolution, how do you achieve this resolution without multiple monitors or Eyefinity? You can’t! So I have 2 suggestions for you folks Arenanet, first, fix the UI so we either have the ability to move the UI interface to the desired screens, or make it possible to revert to the old style layout UI on the 5760×1080 setting, Arenanet made it possible to move any and all the different modules in The Original Guild Wars UI, so there is absolutely no reason that it can’t be done in Guild Wars 2 other than just not wanting to, and secondly, please, for the love of god, educate your customer support team.

Did you ask “Kenda” if they don’t support Eyefinity or multiple monitors in the game why is there a setting in the game for 5760×1080?

I need to agree with “Scribe” above, this latest update completely screwed my game play, my entire UI was great, now its complete trash, way to make me no longer want to play the game, good job guys, stop messing with the UI unless you are going to make it USER DEFINABLE as so when you DEVS trash a UI we users can put it back to the way we like it.

I have played since Beta with a 5760×1080 Resolution with all my interface at the bottom of the middle screen, which is perfect for my play style using the left side and right side as peripheral vision, now, the entire UI is crammed on the right screen, hovering around in the middle of the screen, ATTENTION DEVS, if you are going to screw with peoples resolution in the game, you could at least make the UI customizable so that the USER can decide where he or she likes the modules to fit their play style.

Every time I try to link my Original Guild Wars Account, I get:

I am right there with you Jack, I have asked this question over and over again, I have multiple unresolved petitions, with my latest one sent with all the photos with all the error codes, I have been doing this for going on about 3 weeks now, and its still not been resolved, something tells me that you may have some wait time in your future.
