selecting “The Black Citadel” sends you to “Lion’s Arch” bug is still not fixed…

if you use the helmsman (Havoc’s Heir) to go to The Black Citadel you’ll end up in Lion’s Arch since last patch, plz fix

salvage-o-matic & monthly salvages?

So I’ve bought the copper-fed salvage-o-matic thinking I would never need any basic salvage kit again… until I noticed items salvaged with this robot does not count towards the monthly salvage uses.

Is this intended or a bug? If I had known this before I wouldn’t have put my money in it.
