WvW turned my mates to other games, and I randomly log on now and then to follow a comm if they are on and plop along with them doing nothing. It has become a massive bore and I miss the days of old (and we thought it was bad then).
Fozzik is spot on with most points.

Every day since my previous post I have been testing the bug (21 days ago). The disappearance at least for me is random and not in high pop areas.

I asked my guildies to tell me if they could see my Nightfury in different zones and different population areas. My Nightfury could not been seen by them at random times no matter the area or pop level.

A few things I have started to notice;
Zone ports seem to break it
Combat seems to break it
Clicking the hide/unhide button on the shoulder piece fixes it until it breaks again

As a new owner of Nightfury… this saddens me to no end. I even sold a heap of my high end mats to fill the last bit of Lineseed Oils :’(

Edit
Just tested a few things. Seems my Nightfury visual is sticking with me even in combat, though it spazes out and more so goes inside my characters mesh.

The Nightfury bats did completely disappear for everyone else though with all the above mentioned causes, meaning that even if the bug seems to have been fixed, make sure to test them with others looking at your character.

Guild Housing on Airships

I honestly love this idea.
Things to add from my opinion
– All decoration etc costs guild influence
– Auto collision avoidance of the PvE airships as they are more so for visual
– All Guild type vendors on board
– Guild symbol on the balloon of the airship
– Have different Guild size categories for airships. So you purchase an airship towards a certain amount of people. The more people the ship holds the bigger it is and more powerful it looks (a nice show of item for very large guilds)

Amon’s suggestions will definitely push the game towards a more ‘guild’ wars approach.

Happy gaming

‘Lhug Ohtar’ (pronounced loog oh-tar) originated from a legion of Sylvari, who believed it was their destiny to hunt the dragons that lived and caused chaos in Tyria.
These powerful yet peaceful beings were skilled in the art of slaying dragons, which in turn gave them the name ‘Lhug Ohtar’, an Elvish phrase that translates to ‘Dragon Warrior’.
As time went by, the Sylvari realized the dragons that plagued this era were far more powerful and dominant than the dragons of old. There was little they could do on their own with their dwindling legion, and thus forged alliances with the other skilled and courageous races of Tyria.
These alliances allowed the Lhug Ohtar legion to rebuild their numbers once more!
So in turn came the age in which the Dragon Warriors would reclaim what they have lost, pushing back the balance of power into the hands of the races of Tyria.

Note
Currently we are looking to fill a bunch of officer roles, so if you would like to show some leadership and help the guild grow their are opportunities available for you.
there is still a lot of ground work to be put in place, so those eager to help build a new guild are more then welcome.
