Just go to your routers page (mine is something like 168.19… Bla bla) and turn off the routers firewall, start the game and wait 30 sec and then the game will start

Having the same problem. The only suggestions that I’ve gotten are to update my drivers (which did nothing) and to delete the local.dat file and repair the client. Maybe one of those will help you

heeehh… already tried all… just got an answer from the tech support: Connect your modem with a cable to your pc, in this way you’ll bypass your router.

But i can’t because the modem is in another room :/

When I click play a black screen appears and I can only see my cursor (no sound)
Then I open the Task Manager and says that: Guild Wars 2 is not running…

Any help?

I’m waiting the Tech Support…
