I was willing to write long post about subject but I am too casual for it
Simply, latest patch change very little about wasted expirience. Now we have sutable players which are maxed maxed masteries in main parts of game and can gain xp again and others wich are treated as second grade citizens without that right.
As I see( and it`s mentioned many times before by other players but I have need to repeat it because of current situation) easy solution will be to add XP reward track option in masteries pane so that player can choose where will XP go, on Tyrian, HoT masteries or on earlier mantioned option. That can be solution for problem that we have now and prevent it for upcoming expansions.

I think this change is uncomfortable but not bad.
Ever since start we got constant inflation on market, by doing this more ingame money will be pulled out and hopefully prices will drop.
Leveling appearance of items/armor
General idea is that we get items/armor that gain xp and levels wich will influence appearance. We will start with basic look and after every( lets say 10) levels items will get more complex look, that principle will continue to max level( assuming 80).
In Hero Panel next to icons for armor and town cloths would be icon for leveling armor wich will open window in wich we put item to level and track progress. Every unlocked tier will be added as skin same as zenith weapons.
Can rangers use pets to finish downed players? F1 could be used for attack/finish.
1) Choosing town cloths should be like choosing utility skills, when we navigate to TC panel and click, for example, on head slot it can show tab( like utility skill panel) from witch we can choose what to wear.
2) Weapon slot for town cloths should change only in towns when we are outside we should be able to wear town cloth with our regular weapon.

Are you planning to implement easier management of minis and town cloths? Something from hero panel or system like GW1 would be nice.
