Build diversity and long term-problems

Right now the Revenant is a unique and fun-to play class, but im very concerned about his future.
The class lacks build diversity in 3 aspects.

1.) utlity-skills.
Only 16 utilities (compared to a minimum of 24 for each other class) is a painful gap to the other classes
Possible solutions:
Give the Revenant a set of non-legend-based skills, that can be equipped for each legend. OR add 1-2 new utilities for each legend. OR just add more legends.

2.) Ventari/Salvation:
On paper Ventari looks amazing. In reality he feels clunky and plays as a STAY-IN legend. And the salvation-traitline has nearly no combination-potential with other legends. For example “shiros focused “ works amazing with jalis “vengeful hammers”.
Possible solutions:
ventari needs better controling and a trait rework.-

3.) Weapon kitten nal:
The total amount of 6 weapons feels a bit short. The Revenant is the only class with no range condition weapon. This lack of weapon choices hurts twice, because of the even lower amount of utilitys.
Possible solutions:
Revenant needs at least a ranged condi-weapon

I hope, the devs are reading this and taking my (or our) concern(s) seriously. I´m pretty sure, if the Revenant doesn’t get more choices, most players will leave the class soon, because it feels incomplete

8 Missing Skills

The legends represent different roles (tanking, damage, support, condi) and swapping legends means swapping roles (in theory). But the legends represent more than just one part. For example Jalis has control & tanky abilitys, while Shiro has mobility & (siphon)-damage skills.
I see no reason to add the 8 missing skills, to give the legends customization to balance between the sub-roles.

For example:

Shiro could get 2 dmg skills like an assassins-mark, that siphons life on each hit. Jalis could get a block or protection-skill. At this point the player chooses a more dmg or more mobility-focused Shiro. Same with tanky or control Jalis.

After the second Revenant-Beta I enjoyed the improvements, but I still have the feeling to play an incomplete class (low amount of weapon choices, meaningless traits)

One reason is the low amount of utility-skills (12 at the moment). Every other class has 20 utility-skills to choose from (40% less utility is a lot). I think the Revenant should get 5 utility per legend.For example a protection-skill on Jalis…

This will give the player a bit customization (tanky-jalis or control-Jalis) and makes the class a little more complete.

So the Revenant-Core-Spec has only 1 Range-Weapon, no Range-Legend and only 6 Weapons to choose from. That’s one more than Ele with attunement-swapping (Skills 4-times). No weapon-swap, no utilty-customization and uninspired traits.

All in all the Revenant feels incomplete, like a half class without working builds.

First of all, I really enjoy the Revenant. He feels unique, especially Hammer and Mace/axe

But in pvp he plays like a nightmare, for example:

I tried a dozen builds to get good use out of my Hammer (full zerker, mixed dmg, bunker, ventary-support) but every time a thief/ranger or Mesmer got in melee-range I died so quickly. I have no chance to kite like an engi/ele or reposition like a mesmer/thief/ranger or tank like a warrior/guardian or just nuke the enemy down and of course I have no kits and weapon-swap to a more appropriate weapon…
For now the Revenant has no solid blocks, jumps, teleports, invis or fast cc (exzept unyielding anguish)

Specializations:
Every other class has good synergy with the utility-skills (CD-reduce, condi-removel, bufstacking,…) but most revenant-traits feel uninspired (random small heal on anything). Only 2-3 traits interact with skills. The Revenenat-traits are meaningless and don’t define the playstyle.

Wishes
I wish skill/trait-choices for jalis, that can turn the revenant into a real bunker. A Hammer with a real off-tank dmg.
