Many guilds call themselves “Hardcore” and how awesome they are, but nevergive any details on how they achieve such goals. Below you is our explanation of how we achieve all of our goals.
About Us
Clarion Call is a mature guild brought together by a group of people with similar intents. We have a long history within the World of Warcraft, where we started out as a social guild that evolved into a End Game content guild. We moved into Star Wars: The Old Republic where we played on Kathol Rift, and were among the top10 of all 16man Hardmode Progression Guilds. While protecting a far away galaxy, we recruited some amazing people who have joined Clarion Call and moved back to World of Warcraft and are awaiting the release of Blizzard next Expansion and Guild Wars 2.
We believe in a community of People, not Players. A team when broken down to its core is about comradery; then you blend well with your team, you have faith in their abilities, and you’re no longer worrying about their role, you can focus more on yours.
- We are a WvW centric guild, but we will be clearing all of the PvE content.
- We are not a zerg guild. We are a team-base guild
- Teamwork is crucial for success, but we expect our members to pull their weight. We do not spoon-feed people. Our goal is to build a tight-knit community with a high level of performance.
- Providing both PvP and PvE in our guild allows us offer a variety of content and knowledge to our community. We expect our members to support both gaming styles.
- Server/World Firsts and Rankings do not make a guild, we are a very competive guild and do try to achieve those goals, but they are the perks for us. Clarion Call is a guild of diverse people and every member has the right to be in an environment that does not make them feel uncomfortable. Our Officers do their best to weed out those who wish to toy with this line.
- We do not follow the Survival of the Fittest mentality, forming cliques, or allowing “elitist” to degrade other members. All goals can be achieved with the right amount of teamwork and constructive criticism.
Social Atmosphere
Its not uncommon to have people discussing their day in mumble, having the entire guild in one channel just shooting the breeze. We are a very energetic and some have a twisted sense of humour. Officers and members
blend well and we do not pull rank unless required. Headsets are recommended as we are not a PG-Rated guild, there is profanity spoken as well as some crude humour.
Mumble
All members are required to own a mic/headset, and download our voice program. 99% of all communication takes place verbally. Not only does this contribute to the efficiency and success of our guild, but it affects the
overall enjoyment of the gaming experience.

Zero Tolerance Clause
It is important to respect one another. Remember that new players are always joining, and some have different levels of experience than others. Take a moment to collect your thoughts before you criticize someone, or make a joke. Know where the “line” is!
So what can be covered by this “Zero Tolerance” clause? (but not limited to)

Yes someone can join multiple guilds, but they can only represent one of them at any given time. They can choose which guild to represent by going to their guild window (Default G) and looking at the left side where it will list the guilds they are in. Once they click on the guild they wish to represent they click “Represent” at the bottom of that window.
Representing a guild means they will display that guild’s Emblem – if that guild has the emblem perk purchased, and that character has purchased the underlay for the emblems.
By representing all the actions you do will provide that guild with Influence (Guild Currency to purchase perks / upgrades), and you will also be able to use that guilds currently active upgrades/perks.
