Getting "partial" and full disconnects

Ive started getting these partial connects over the past 3 hours or so. I can strangely play in sync with others, but when it comes to using any form of chat its laggy and the guild list does not show those that are actually online. Sometimes it doesnt even show me as part of the guild I am with. Its frustrating, especially when trying to communicate with others. I hope this gets fixed.

I second the option for just being able to see the IP list that have been given permission to your account. That way if we spot something thats unusual or out of place we can just grab a ticket and mention the IP that needs to be blocked from the account, or even better be able to just deny and take away their IP access there on the spot.

I had the exact same ones in my mail earlier today. They will get reported so in the end they get blocked. Obviously it just adds to the nightmare of whomever the account originally belonged to in the first place of having to jump through so many hoops just to get their account back as they will more than likely get told those accounts have been blocked for gold selling.

I finally managed to contact support via the old email address of support@guildwars.com. I managed to get a ticket number, and it seems to be showing on this site. Now all I have to do is play the waiting game and hope they read the ticket properly and manage to actually recover the account to before all this nightmare happened.

Still didnt work. My other post has been merged into the stickied hacked thread up top, and I know I am not alone as there is a YT vid on there of exactly what happened to me actually happening to someone else too. I just hope they contact me to get it sorted out as I really cant get the support forms to work on this site for some reason.

I tired again and no luck. What has happened to me is really odd. I have a few copper, but not everything was taken in the bank bar for the gems and ore and has the feeling as if the character was rolled back in this new update that happened. I also know I am not the only one. Someone else appeared at lions arch with exactly the same thing happen to them. Please can someone get back to me from support about this problem asap.

I have been trying to contact support for the past hour, and am unable to do so. All my gold, items, ore, gems are gone. Someones obviously got access to the account somehow and taken them all. I havent had any virus’s, or given out any of my details to anyone so I am really surprised this has happened.

I have tried to use the forms, they just dont work. I get no confirmation that my ticket has been processed, and because of this I cant even tell support what it is that has happened to me, or even ask them to help me to recover what I had lost.

If anyone can be of help, then please get in contact with me as I strongly think my account has been hacked.

I need help in restoring my account. Someones taken all my items, gold, ore and gems and pretty much left me with nothing. I have tried to get a support ticket, but the page just does not allow me to confirm and continue after I have put all my details in.

Yes I have double checked to make sure all my details are correct, but I cant contact support to get the problem resolved. I am in need of some assistance from somewhere as I cant contact those who I need to to get the account back to how it was. If anyone can be of assistance that would be great.

I repeat I cant manage to submit a ticket, which means that whatever help you can offer has to be done via some other method of contact. The you tube video of what happened to Keshanberk.8462 is exactly what happened to me, even arriving at Lions Arch upon logging in. I have lost almost all my money bar for a few copper, and any items not soulbound were gone out of my inventory along with a load of mined ore, gems, and various crafting materials of all kinds. Its odd as the actual items in the bank were fine, as is my account and password. I feel as if its triggered a rollback bug, and thats whats happened to many in this situation.

Please help.

Update: I have managed to contact support via email, but because its a bit outdated it mentions it as GW1 not GW2. The message I sent pretty much makes it clear its a GW2 problem, but at least I managed to contact some form of support, so one way or another if the ticket is read properly I hope to god it gets sorted out. I know Anet are having tremendous issues, but the ticket I have is Incident: 120908-000074

FURTHER UPDATE: Whomever it is tried to hack me again. I got an Authorize login attempt at 07:18am (8th sept 2012). Address: 218.76.151.221, City: Chenzhou, Region: 11, Country: CN. This is not me, and I dont live in China.
