back to game after 6 days break and account hack ?

i see many ppl hacked , we wait for check log and rollback

today i back after break (6-7 days) and many problems, account hacked – all gold , laur , gems , items gone, how ? legal anti hack , antivirus system, firewall, no keygen .
I play 8 years in MMO and this is my 1st hack account ?how ? no virus, no trojans.
i can send ticket for check log and rollback ?

Elementalist needed more power
Now Elementalist = easy EK.

elementalist in GW2 = no power
full power precision crit build /-2300 power 3300 attack +-50% crit chance, +- 80 % crit dmg scepter +dagger or staff my hit Hmmm 800. im paper mage , all class hit me 2, 4, 6, 7k (+- 13k HP) . Why i dont have dmg ? Why elementalist class is that weak ?(((
