Hello everyone,

I hope someone can give me advice for my Minion Master build. My Necromancer is at level 34 at the moment but I am already planning for my level 80 setup. I enjoy solo PvE most so it is all about this in my following questions.

I like to play something like a Minion Master / Condition hybrid with scepter and dagger.

1.: Is + Healing gear (like the shaman’s set) a good idea or are the minion masters skills and traits not effected by + healing. In particular I am talking about

The blood fiend basic attack that transfers life to me
The trait “Vampiric” from the blood line to siphon health on hit
The Trait “Vampiric Master” from the blood line to siphon health on minion hits
The Trait “parasitic bond” from the spite line to gain health after killing a foe

2.: If the + healing gear is not so a good idea, what is a better way of stat combination for a Minion Master / Condition hybrid?

3.: I have got a Sigil of Corruption and a Sigil of agony. Is this a good choice or are there better alternatives?

4.: Someone told me that the best runes for a Minion Master / Condition hybrid would be everything that boosts bleed duration. Something like:

2 x rune of the Krait
2 x rune of the afflicted
2 x rune of the centaur

Is this guy right or do you got any better idea?

5.: The last question refers to the new grandmaster trait in the spite line. Dhuumfire. Does this proc of the critical hits of my minions too?

Thanks for the info. Does anybody have some experiance with leveling a dagger necro? On Which traits schould i focus and what skills should i take first?

im new to the necro and have a little question. Has anyone a good build for a melee Necro focusing on crit and power? Sure he need some survivability too.

I m going to play solo PvE and have no really clue which skills, weaponsets an traits synergize well with each other for facing the enemy right in front. I will need it mainly for leveling.

I already thought about something like playing Dagger/Dagger with power and precision and Wells for AOE if im facing multiple foes.

Or are melee Necros a bad choice after all and you guys think that i should play something else?

i usualy never post in forums but this time i really have to. Most things were already addressed by others so I won’t repeat it.

The only thing I want to say is that im just very very sad and disappointed of this patch I put so much hope into. All those wished and promised class changes are nowhere to be found (im not talking about those combo finisher, icon change and minor bug fix stuff!) I don’t know if I can find a reason that motivates me now to start the game…
