Well Here’s the point. That’s why they have my reference number with with every avenue of information possible.Its not for you to see why would you want my Serial Number to the game anyways, and if you were given the dog and pony show. With days on end without response you would be upset too. My son is upset over this I haven’t even played since this incident it just isn’t right.After being Hacked We have proven who we are thought we were getting on soon. Again a New problem another buck passed.Now were being asked to prove we bought the game. Like were the bad guys. Not the way to go to please a customer especially one who basically Recruited half his family and friends into buying the game but now another support team has to prove we bought the game. Which you probably don’t know will lead to another 2 weeks.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. This is no Longer J** M*** for he is my son and a Minor and since I bought the game I’m taking charge now I will gladly give you the information that you Requested. Including the pics of the receipt, but I can Assure you this much. If this matter is not handled and Resolved by this Friday the 21st of Sept 2012. I am going to pursue my letter to *********which deals with company’s with negligible support. He was Hacked has since proven his Account given the Serial Code to our purchase given our address phone number etc etc etc Asking us to produce a receipt which probably half the community does not even have any more is ridiculous in itself . and All it leads to is some support team who does not have the tools to rectify the situation time and time again.This has been Since AUG 31st 2012 and when we first reported it shame on us.We thought because The both of us were Beta Players who payed for the 3 day early access would be treated with a lot more importance since we put our Money and faith in your program first when others did not. which we both know now MEANS absolutely NOTHING to you after what happened to him. My son and I both Purchased a game from Game stop for his birthday on H****** Center 2*** F***** P*** Lancaster Pa 1**** telephone 1(717)*-* Once again My son’s account name is J****z.6**7 (******-*-****-*-*) My 25-Digit Serial Code. Thank you once again I expect my son not to be so disappointed for ANOTHER WEEKEND I fully understand your flooded with Emails. I would take this to whoever you report to asap.If this cannot be complied. I will ask for a Full Refund of the game. I think that’s fair for what we’ve had to endure. This was suppose to be his birthday present and it’s all he wanted since April awaiting The launch of the game playing Beta’s upon Beta’s and Now he’s been stripped of playing with our friends and family SInce Aug 31st.Please be respectful to the consumers who put faith in your program. and try to understand if this were your kid and was being taken advantage of how would you respond.

First My son was Hacked since Aug31=was Banned
Then the Ban was lifted.=New Issue
Can’t log in because Grace period is over and your Hard copy serial number is already in use.
=Father not happy because he spent 170 dollars on a game and a guide book for him and his son to play and he can’t, Because Nobody from support has gotten back to him since lifting the ban last Sat. We Were Beta players and have supported this game from the beginning but I have to say I am one disappointed parent right now we deserve more respect and there should be a separate list not just for the people who were Hacked but your Loyal first one’s here. I can’t even play right now just knowing that he cannot. and the other kicker is he also cant voice his own opinion on here… Because since his log on, is not accepting our original serial key copy. It won’t let him on the site. Something needs to be done. What can I do to Help him get back on I feel so bad for him. Everyday he comes home from school asking me did they get back to me. Someone Please help me.

So you think we didn’t put the retailer serial number in. Omg I wouldnt waste anybodys time with that we did that already it say’s when we put it in that the number is already in use. It’s something on theyre end. As soon as our grace period was up we picked up our hard copies and put in our codes.

I Pre Ordered GW2 for my son and I and my son was hacked 8 days went by with him being banned him being frustrated and me not wanting to play because he can’t play after all that was the point. He finally gets un banned but now when he logs in the game automatically tells him. Grace period has ended! You have not applied a retail serial code to your account. but obviously we already and Now that The Ban has been lifted im afraid his Hack status has been lifted and we are No longer a priority So right now its 9/11 and still No word. and further more since he cant get on the account to log in he cant get on these forums to speak his mind so as his Father I’m a frustrated parent who spent over a 170 dollars and trusted that I would get allot better service than this. I get it your busy. but the weekends is all I have with my son and its being taken away from me because we were looking forward to this game now please help us.
