Sorry I didn’t make it clear, now I have learned to dodge better etc, I want to sacrifced defence for offence. I just crafted full bezerkers, brought a bezerker axe and a beserker longbow and specced 20,20,0,30,0. Seems to be a bit more balanced. Evien though I am not wearing all my beserker armour.

On my warrior, I went for pure tank build (full knights + 10, 0, 30, 30, 0) – I did this because I am lazy at dodging etc, but now I am more used to the mechanics, I want to try to up my dps. I have about 150k Karma and lvl 400 armour smithing.

I use axe sheild and thought about using axe / axe with hammer or bow as my 2nd choice.

I think the solution is to respec for a more balanced build and roll in some zerker armour peices. What are the reccomendations?

I do not want to go full zerker because I will die!

Hello all.

I have just got into Gw2 in the last month again since about January when I had my first level 80. I did not get into high end gear etc, but having got a new character to almost 80 (Warrior) and really enjoying it, I wanted to confirm my options for high end gear.

It seems as though:

You can get legendary weapons, but at a massive grind and only via the mystic forge, after getting an exotic weapon. I think exotic weapons should be my first target. Is this true.

There is no legendary armor. There is karma exotic armor at 42k per item. Or cultural exotic armor at about 20g per set. What is worth going for? I am a norn warrior.

There are legendary amulets, rings and back items for laurels. I have collected about 30 laurels having done dailies nearly every day this month and a monthly. What is the recommendation here.

Please can I have some guidance as to what I should be going for? Obviously, I want to get the best gear, but in reality I probably won’t be able to to grind out the best stuff.
