A few other people here have recently got that error aswell (including me) and ive been ignored by support lol good luck, let me know how it goes

are you getting 45:6:3:2114 error?

Been suspended on my other account for 4 days now, was playing fine the night before with my wife and then in the morning, was suspended, error 45:6:3:2114 and for 3 days ive had no response from customer support (they shouldnt even call it that)

Honestly, ive never had this much trouble with an MMO, you should be ashamed ANet, instead of taking the time to write back actual responses, your bots just decide to ignore and copy+paste respond.

This is a joke, suspending/banning players that are more legit than your customer service.

Account has been suspended for the last 4 days, havent heard from customer support in 3 days, somehow this is an acceptable way to run a business, shame on you Anet!

I have to use my wifes account just to write on the forums because youve blocked mine from accessing them, with no explanation or anything. Terrible support!
