I dont use the gem shop, so I think I dont have those problems too. But could it be a problem due my computer system, you think?
I have a few problems with the Black Lion trading company, a few days ago everything worked perfectly. When I logged in today, I had to download a new build. After this download I have a few problems with the Black Lion Trading Company:
1) I can see items which are for sale, but my buy-button isnt working when I want to buy the item, it’s simply not responding.
2) The page when I click on the ‘Sell your stuff’ is empty, but I surely have some items such as Iron ores, Silver ores etc. which can be sold. It doesn’t even say something like ‘you dont have any items for sale.’
3) The page when I click on ‘My Transactions’ is also empty, same story as the ‘Sell your stuff’ problem. I’m sure I have some items for sale, but it’s just an empty page. Also no message such as ‘You are not selling any items’.
I spoke to a few players, but they’re all not having these problems.
Does anyone else faces the same problems as me? Is there anything I could do to fix these problems?
