I’m currently having this problem and I’m also living in Japan. They also gave me the “we can’t fix this” final words (photo below). Have you solved this? Did you use paypal? Or did you bought gem cards? If you bought gem cards, where did you buy it? Is it here in Japan? This problem is really making me sad. >_<

one more! and I can’t kill myself while I was down there but eventually I found how to escape and kill myself. I just run around and then my character died and was back in the checkpoint. I don’t want to go to the hub cause its tribulation mode and I don’t want to erase all the checkpoints I’ve reached…

I was trying tribulation mode world 1 but I ended up in this place after falling many times!

I have been receiving this since July 4. Haven’t played since then. Can anyone help me resolve this? I already have a ticket and support stakitten are replying but none of their solution have fully resolve my issue. Thanks for the reply in advance. Below is the error I have been receiving.

All of those lost and found objects works in whiteside ridge. I just completed mine 3 days ago. just follow dulfy and look at his sample pictures. If it says that you already have the object, it means that you have to look for another place. It won’t respawn right away. Just be patient, do your dailys while looking for it or as help from the map. I will be able to help you if I’m online.

I just completed mine yesterday. I searched every location found in guides at the net. As said above, use dulfy guides.

I can’t seem to salvage my Pirate Sledge of Force. I can’t sell it cause its soulbound and I hate to destroy it. What will I do?
