hey guys,just wanted to point out that for a couple of days now,i’ve done my dailies,but not received my 10 points! is anyone else having the same problem?
first i want to say thanks for the invite to the beta! O.k. well for me it was amazing,i did feel a little like a kid in a sweet shop……oooo revenant,aahhh learning to fly,eerrrmmm mushroom jumping! lol. i got connected with no problems,yes there was a little lag at times,but that has to be expected. i loved the wyvern event. the gliding was sooo cool and had me laughing nervously,trying to glide to a point and running out of energy.
I did find that some of the revenants weapon skills were a little slow on the activation,but again this has to be expected for a first time play.the mastery system is ,in my honest opinion,going to be amazing,that is something i’m really gonna work hard to complete when its released.
i did think i was going to be very critical about the whole thing,but as i’ve loved guild wars 1 and all its expansions,and guild wars 2,i can’t be to critical. this is a first play for a select few,and, for me, some of the views i saw and rolling screen shots took my breath away! i know there are a few changes to be made,little tweeks and allsorts to do, but at the same time i guess you guys know that.
So i just wanted to say thanks again for the invite,keep up the great work,and i hope i get another invite! :-)))
i was saving my potions of pvp rewards,i had 18 in my back,just went to add the 6 i got today,and nothing! i checked all my toons just in case i might’ve put them some where else,but again ,nothing.are they suppose to disappear after a time of not using them,if so,then that needs to be put in the description. if not,then am i,as well as everyone else,going to be getting them back?
i’m glad i found this thread as my meta page says 9/10 but i have them all! i did get my barrels to 23 when they changed it. hope it gets resolved in the next patch. :-)
I know what always work. Leave your party and join again. almost always fix it.
yeah i know that,and again sometimes it doesnt work. The problem never use to be there, you could get a group together and off you go. Now its a bit of a pain,sometimes,…i was just wondering if it was known about and if it was something that would be addressed.
There’s a really good workaround for that issue: Port to the waypoint next to the dungeon and enter it.
we ’ve tried that as well but sometimes it still doesnt work

Just wanted to ask if anyone else is fed up with groups not being able to get into dungeons. Basically, so many times now i’ve wanted to do a dungeon. Lets pick Sorrow’s embrace for an example. O k , so i go onto Guildwars LFG ad join a group. Someone enters the instance, and this is where the problems can start. 3 people might get straight in, the other 2 don’t even get the pop up prompt " JOIN YOUR PARTY IN SORROWS EMBRACE" So then we have people re logging in to the game, leaving party and then re joining and sometime you have to run right up to the entrance to get the prompt. On a whole,its very frustrating, sometimes i’ve had a person bail after trying everything and still cant enter…….and before you say it, yes they were on north american server like the rest of the group. I did think this would’ve been fixed by now, i first noticed it doing fractals and it would seem that it started around the time of the frost and flame story. Am i the only one to say something? Do you guys know about this problem? There has been a few update and i do look at the update notes ..wishing,even praying to see “FIXED A BUG THAT STOP GROUPS ENTERING DUNGEONS TOGETHER” Apart from that gripe, i cant fault the game,so please keep up the good work and at the same time please try to fix this problem.
hey there,well i tend to play alone,(when my friends arent off playing other games),but i never have a problem with groups. Guild wars LFG is a good site to use. There has been a few times where i’ve wanted to do a dungeon for the first time, sorrows embrace is an example,so i advertise for a group to teach me,someone group added me in 10 seconds. They were happy to teach/show me the way. i know it can be frustrating,but stick with it dude

Just thought i’d make a suggestion about saving builds. I’ve been playing since day one, and still loving every minute of it! ….but… I did play gw1 for about 6 years. Not long after i started playing(cant remember when) you guys introduced a build saving system, which was amazing. If my necro wanted to go into the underworld, i ‘d just click “necro underworld build” and off i went. I was just wondering if there were any plans to introduce the same sort of system. I know you want us to pay to change our traits, that’s not a problem ,that’s a given,but, it would be so nice to be running an Elementalist build,get asked to do a fractal or dungeon ,go to trait retrainer ,pay,and maybe a drop down sub screen appears,i click on " ele fractal runner" and off we go. Anyway keep up the great work,still loving the game!!!!!!!
hey nemesis,loved the build for the necro by the way,gave me new hope for playing that class again.SO SO MUCH FUN. but i was just wondering what under water weapons are used….do you use pvt weapons aswel
