I can play GW2 in quiet areas on the lowest settings, but loading screens are very slow and when I am in highly populated areas my fps is low.

I’m just wondering what would help me most if i update my system, baring in mind I don’t have much money to spend.

Current specs:
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 32
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 630
RAM: 4 GB
GPU: GeForce 9500 GT 1GB
